Natasja Payne - 3rd ChakraMy entire life I have been surrounded by yoga. My mother is a certified yoga teacher and taught for many years, yoga classes at home. My first love was not yoga, believe it or not, it was dance. I studied professional dance for four years at the Rotterdam Dance Academy in The Netherlands and enjoyed many years of a great dancing career. It wasn't until after the birth of my first child in 1998, that I started to become more drawn to the yoga practice. After every yoga class I felt so content, calm and balanced. My body and mind began to crave it more and more. In 2007 I discovered Shiva Rea, a very well known and world renowned yogini. The style of yoga that she created and cultivated, Pranaflow Vinyasa yoga, really embodied everything that I was looking for. Every movement and pose is inspired by our breath wave also known as Prana. It has allowed me to become more centred and connected to my self. Yoga is not something that I do.....I live yoga everyday fully embracing this infinite journey that brings me so much intrinsic joy. I feel so blessed to be able to share my passion, love and joy for yoga with the Cambridge and KW communities and that it may bring transformation, healing and intrinsic joy to those who come to our classes. Natasja is Master teacher and owner of Fusionmovement Yoga Studio in Cambridge
